Peter Lord's Principles

Peter Lord is a British film director specialized in animation. He is well known for directing the feature film "Chicken Run" in 2000. Both Lord and his friend David Sproxton founded Aardman Animations Studio, which was prized with and Academy Award. More recently, the British film maker directed "The Pirates! Band of Misfits" (you can read its critic here: Click to read the Film Critic).

During the shooting, he published what he considered to be essential rudiments when you decide to record a film; actually they are some keys to be successful with your film. I have decided to bring them to you because I believe that they are really important. Here you have his exact words:

"there's really not much point in making a film unless you:
a) Finish it,
b) Have a huge Premiere and a wild party and everyone tells each other how much they love them and
c) Get it into cinemas for people to enjoy."
Peter Lord

That's all for now. Here you have "Aardman" official webpage just in case you want to have a look at it: http://www.aardman.com/
